Injuries force MacEwan to postpone women's basketball game against Alberta

WINNIPEG - A basketball game between the University of Alberta Pandas and MacEwan University Griffins women's team originally scheduled for Saturday has been postponed, Canada West announced Friday.

The change comes as a result of the MacEwan Griffins not having the minimum number of players available to safely compete due to injury.

No reschedule dates have yet been set and will be announced by the affected schools when determined. ​

The Alberta vs. MacEwan men's match up will go ahead as scheduled, with tip-off set for 7 p.m. at Christenson Family Centre for Sport and Wellness.
