RUG: Sevens all-stars selected
UBC and VIC lead field with four selections each

CALGARY - After an action-packed rugby sevens championship series, 14 of Canada West's toughest and brightest stars are being honoured by the conference.
CW released its first- and second-team all-stars Friday. UBC and Victoria each boast four selections between the two rosters, with Victoria athletes comprising nearly half the first team. Carissa Norsten, Kira Peary and Summer Blackmore of the Vikes were all voted to the top team after leading their team to a second-place finish on the season.
They're joined by Shoshanah Seumanutafa and Savannah Bauder, the electrifying duo that led UBC to its first-ever conference title. Rounding out the first team are dream team regulars Julia Omokhuale and Delaney Aikens from Calgary who boosted the Dinos from a fifth-place last season to a third-best 34 points this year.
