MVB: Playoff Matchups and Schedule

Feb. 16, 2025 - The field is down to ten. Let the battle for the Costa Chrysanthou Trophy begin!

It was a final regular season weekend with no shortage of drama, with both first place and the final playoff spot on the line.

The Winnipeg Wesmen took care of business at the top, sweeping UBCO to secure the conference's first seed for the first time in program history. Alberta swept Mount Royal to hang onto second place, while UBC swept UFV to secure third.

Despite the sweep, the Cascades hung onto the final playoff spot by virtue of Brandon sweeping Thompson Rivers.

All eyes now turn to the best-of-three play-in round, with UBCO visiting Manitoba and Calgary hosting UFV. The action will continue the following weekend with best-of-three quarterfinals, before a "Final 4" single elimination format for the semifinals and finals.
