CW announces changes to B.C. Division schedules

Travel impacted by flooding in B.C.

VANCOUVER - The Canada West announced changes to its volleyball and basketball schedules on Tuesday as flooding in British Columbia continues to impact travel in the province.

Fraser Valley, UBC Okanangan, Trinity Western and Thompson Rivers were all affected by changes to the basketball schedule. Thompson Rivers and Fraser Valley will also reschedule this weekend's volleyball matches.

In basketball, Trinity Western and Thompson Rivers will now play January 7-8, while the Cascades and Heat will reschedule their contests at a later date.

With both the WolfPack and Heat without an opponent this weekend, the teams will move their matchups previously scheduled for February 18-19 to Friday and Saturday (Nov. 26-27) in Kamloops.

Thompson Rivers' and Fraser Valley's volleyball series originally scheduled for this weekend has been postponed to February 4-5.

Further details on rescheduled games listed as TBD will be provided at a later date.
