BB: Tickets Now on Sale for Canada West Basketball Championships

Jan. 15, 2024 – As playoff races heat up across the conference, ticket packages are now on sale for the upcoming 2024 Canada West Basketball Championships.
Fans can secure their seats for both the men’s and women’s championship tournaments, set to take place from Feb. 21 to 25.
The conference’s basketball championships have moved to a single-site format this season, making it easier for fans to arrange travel plans to cheer on their favourite teams as they compete for a conference title.
The University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) will play host to the women’s tournament in Abbotsford, B.C., while the men’s event will be hosted by the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB.
The top 12 teams during the regular season will qualify for each championship, with the top four seeds receiving an automatic bye into the quarterfinals. Both championships will begin with play-in games on Feb. 21, followed by quarterfinal action on Feb. 22 and semifinal play on Feb. 24. The tournaments will conclude with medal round games on Feb. 25.
